While the number one goal is to be make revenue, never forget about the people doing all the hard labor for you. Flexibility can also mean bringing a young child to work on occasion if one does not have a sitter. No matter the options you consider, considering them can be quite enticing to many.
At the end of the day, do all you can to make it easier for your workers to succeed.
Remember, without them, your job would be that much more of a challenge.
