The year-end service with Pastor Chris to thank Jesus for his endless love and care for everyone was an amazing experience of glory. It started with a wonderful song, in the evening, to praise the Lord starting with “So we lift …. your name.”
After the wonderful song, in an electrifying atmosphere of prayers and sermons, Pastor Chris entered the stage, greeted everyone and said, “Give Christ a shout! Hallelujah! Glory! Glory to God! Praise the Lord!”
The crowd greeted back to the man of Christ, Pastor Chris. It took a few minutes for people to settle themselves after their initial excitement.
A Look at the Year of Blossoming
Pastor Chris said that a wonderful year of flourishing is just passing and the time reached to praise God. The ministry has flourished in the year, and every month the ministry saw tremendous growth, persistent productivity, and significant attainments. More than 1.3 billion copies of Rhapsody of Realities have sold across the globe in more than 900 languages. The biggest achievement is not related to church but to spread the word of Christ through the book.
The great year also saw the expansion of Loveworld, especially Loveworld USA. The ministry could reach more people with the word of Jesus Christ through radio, TV, and the internet. The impact of the ministry also enhanced in the year, and Inner-City Mission changed the lives of millions of children. It could also add hopes and healing to many thousands through the ministry’s Healing School. Also, many thousands graduated from the ISM or International School of Ministry.
Altogether, it was a glorious year for everyone who was part of the ministry.
The Electrifying Atmosphere filled with Excitement
The participants of the service got a chance to connect with God at the right time at the right place in the presence of Pastor Chris. Interestingly, the event saw a very large crowd gathered at the venue and watched it on TV and online just to listen to the word of God. Pastor Chris said that his heart filled with the glory of Christ who prevails in the souls of people being saved as well as sinners.
After a brief introduction, the event also heard the anthem of the Believer’s Loveworld Incorporation or BLW.
FALA Winners
Another exciting part of the event was felicitation of FALA winners or Future African Leaders Awards, an award program to honor young leaders who made changes in their communities. The year saw Naomi Ekpoki Aliyu being the star prize winner. She was elated by the fact that she could receive the honor in front of the man of God, and she could not control her excitement. It was one of the best moments of the event to see the winners on the dice in the glory of Jesus through Pastor Chris.
Martin PK and Sinach
Martin PK, the famous gospel singer, took the stage and sang Beautiful Jesus, his gospel single that won LIMA 2017.
Similarly, Sinach, the famous singer cum songwriter, sang “thankful to the Lord.” While she was singing, many pastors of the ministry appeared on the stage and joined Pastor Chris and Sinach.
Ending with a Divine Note
The great evening concluded with the thanking message of Pastor Chris to the Lord in front of the large crowd and online viewers around the globe. “Oh God we thank you, we honor you, we worship you. Thank you for your grace, love, and kindness. Thank you for the great year of prosperity, and the flourishing would continue in the Lord and the matchless name Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!”
