Belyashi Introduction
In Eastern Europe Belyashi known as the Pirozhki . It’s a pasty food that is filled with delicious ingredients like chebureki , dumplings , pievogies , manti , etc . Its recipe is simple we just use 4 ingredients , they are used to make dough . Very important thing to tell you , do not forget to drink beer while cooking ! How to made Belyashi :
For this dough does not need yeast and long time . The softness and lightness of this paste is due to the kefir , you can Found it in any supermarket next to yogurt or you can make it yourself .
